Counselling offers a safe and compassionate space to explore what’s been weighing on you. Together, we’ll work toward understanding your experiences, developing new perspectives, and finding tools to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered in your life.​​​​​

About the Counselling Sessions

  • All Counselling sessions take place virtually over the Jane platform or on Zoom by special request. 

  • At this time, no in-person sessions are available. For in-person sessions, check back early in 2026.

  • For rates, please view the Rates and Billing page.

  • Counselling is offered for individuals, couples and families. 

  • ​Direct Billing is currently not available but will be in the coming weeks/months. For the time being, clients will need to submit receipts directly to insurance companies. See the the Rates and Billing page for more information on insurance.

 

How Counselling can help: Counselling supports individuals through life’s challenges, including but not limited to mental health concerns, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, work or financial stress, grief and loss, and other personal difficulties.Counselling provides guidance, insight, and practical tools within a safe environment, supporting individuals in developing greater self-understanding, strengthening coping skills, and improving emotional regulation.

 

Goals of Counselling: The aim of counselling is to empower individuals to address the challenges they face, make informed decisions, and develop strategies that foster emotional balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
